Tamayo Sangria



Featured at the 2007 Brentwood CornFest,  share this cool and refreshing drink with friends and family at your next summer gathering.
  
 
4 - 750ml Btls Syrah
½ - 750ml Btl Port (12 oz)
8 oz. Triple Sec/ Triple Sec Syrup
24 oz Orange juice
4 oz Lemon juice
1 cup Sugar
2 quarts chilled club soda
3 oranges, thinly sliced in quarters
3 lemons, thinly sliced in quarters
Ice to chill
 
Thoroughly chill all ingredients. Pour the wine, port, and Triple Sec into a large punch bowl. Stir orange juice and lemon juice with the sugar until sugar has dissolved. Then add to bowl and stir to blend. Add ice and soda and garnish with the fruit slices. Serve in 4 ounce punch glasses or wineglasses. Makes about 100 servings.
