Every November, Diablo magazine features the East Bay's best restaurants that have been judged by well-known food writers and Diablo food editors. Gourmet East Bay is an extension of the issue bringing the East Bay's food scene to life. The event also raises funds and awareness for East Bay food charities, such as Alameda County Community Food Bank, Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano, and Project Open Hand.
