One Market Chef Mark Dommen and The Lark Creek In Chef Erica Holland-Toll will collaborate with David Retsky of County Line Harvest to create an extraordinary meal to benefit the Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture (CUESA). Each course is perfectly paired with a wine from Tamayo Family Vineyards. The evening menu will include:
