CANA Proprietary Estate Blend 2007
Out of Stock
In the heart of the Contra Costa Wine country in California, lays the vineyards that produce this benchmark proprietary red wine. Located an hour's drive southeast of the Napa Valley, this area known as "the Other Coast" was once home to dozens of California's earliest vineyards and wineries at the turn of the previous century. Initially planted by Portuguese and Italian immigrants, this lush and fertile soil stands shoulder to shoulder with the best appellations in the state. Following in their footsteps, our vineyard has been planted with European varietals that have been tended with the utmost care, experience and dedication. Our winemaker has crafted this blend of Petite Sirah, Syrah, Mourvedre, Malbec, Carigagne, Alicante Bouschet, Tinta Cao and Viognier to perfectly express the uniqueness of our Terroir and his own artful hand and vision.
Inspired by the miraculous events of the first century wedding feast at CANA, this "New World" red continues its namesake legacy with sumptuous elegance and engaging complexity of flavors. CANA beckons to be enjoyed and prized by serious wine lovers and discerning palates all over the world.
